- Due to the reproducible nature of our publications, all sales are final. If materials are damaged upon receipt, a replacement curriculum will be sent at no cost. Prior to sending the replacement curriculum, the damaged curriculum must be returned. Please notify Bilingual Solutions, Inc of damaged materials within 5 business days of delivery.
- Tax exempt organizations must provide an Illinois tax exempt number when placing orders. Illinois tax regulations prohibit the use of an organization tax exempt number for individual/personal purchases. When faxing or mailing orders, please include a copy of the Illinois Tax Exempt Status letter for our files. If ordering online, please fax or mail a copy of the Tax Exempt Status letter.
